Decker Building and Developing, LLC is a locally operated construction company, based out of the Springfield/Branson area since 2007. Located off of Highway 14 in Ozark, Missouri.

What makes Decker Building unique is that Roy or Chris is always on site working each project. We have skilled carpenters and steel erectors on staff, that are highly qualified from modern to 15th century timber framing.

Decker Building and Developing is a certified Hiawatha Log Home dealer/builder.  Roy has been building log homes since 1985. With Roy's knowledge for log homes and Hiawatha Log Home product, we can create your dream log home.

Decker Building has a fully functioning shop, as well as our own heavy equipment: Cranes, Fork Lifts, Man Baskets, Excavator, Tractors, Saw Mill, Band Saw, Sand Blaster and much more.
